Description
Annapurna Circuit
Trek the majestic Himalayan Mountains guided by Mountain Leader and Yoga Instructor to jump-start your health and calm your mind. It will be an indescribable experience – there is just something about that precious mountain air that can shift one’s mind-set to be at peace.
A peaceful and clear mind = HAPPINESS
Explore these well-trodden paths, and witness the calming beauty that grounds you into the appreciation of life and gratitude for the stunning environment this world has to offer.
AND re-set and re-align yourself on your health journey…
Breaking habit patterns back home requires huge amounts of effort and focus when surrounded by familiar temptations and actions that don’t serve your long-term heath goals like joining friends drinking, eating familiar foods, or going straight to the TV after work.
The trekking serves the purpose of healthy weight loss while time for reflection gives you awareness and understanding of the steps you need to take to achieve and sustain health goals into the future. Being healthy is not the end goal, rather serves as a tool so you can achieve your life goals as you have the energy, vitality, and brain power to rock it!
Time in a magical environment allows space for you to gain perspective on your priorities in life, develop insight into what might be going wrong, and strategize how to manifest the life of your dreams.
