Trek the majestic Himalayan Mountains to jump-start your health and calm your mind.
Re-set and re-align yourself on your mental and physical health…
Breaking habit patterns back home requires huge amounts of effort and focus when surrounded by familiar temptations and actions that don’t serve your long-term health goals; like habitually drinking too much, eating foods that don’t align with balance, or going straight to the TV after work.
Trekking boosts physical and mental wellbeing, connects one with nature and manifests a calm mind as one leaves stressors behind
Bella’s role as a Mountain Leader, Yoga Instructor and Health Coach is to facilitate safety, support and management throughout the experience.
Time in a beautiful, calming environment allows space for you to gain perspective on your priorities in life, develop insight into what might be going wrong, and strategize how to manifest the life of your satisfied with and excited by.
A peaceful and clear mind = HAPPINESS

Review:
“Just finished the Annapurna circuit and it feels incredible. We trekked for 15 days with the highest altitude being 5416m. This is us going over the pass. Couldn’t have done it without Bella Somerset (health coach, walking guide and much much more). If anyone is thinking about going trekking in Nepal, she is your girl and I seriously recommend her course.” Claudia Legge
“I trekked the Annapurna circuit in Nepal with Bella in April this year and it was one of the best adventures of my life!! Incredible scenery, very well organised, lots of yoga and I met some amazing and lovely people. Thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for a challenge and alot of fun!!” Alice Finch Noyes
“Trip of a lifetime, well worth it!
Bella was our amazing guide and mentor while trekking through the Annapurna region of Nepal. Not only did she organise everything perfectly down to the last detail but she gave us the opportunity to learn about ourselves and come away from these incredible landscapes with real clarity and motivation. If you’re thinking about booking with her but are not quite sure (as I was) I promise you’ll not regret your decision !” Dominic

“‘One of’ if not possibly ‘the’ most amazing thing I’ve ever done. 18 days hiking round the breathtaking Annapurna circuit with the beautiful Bella Somerset our holistic health coach, guiding us through the wilderness of our minds, while surrounded by this epic scenery to nourish our souls. Won’t be forgetting this for while…!” Iona Hutley
“Amazing trip from start to finish. Bella is very professional, caring and knowledgeable. She’s a very experienced trekker & yoga teacher who knows everything about The Himalayas. I missed my connection flight and she helped me with all the changes. Her team of guides and porters took good care of us: selecting the best Tea Houses and restaurants along the trek, making sure we took breaks and always checking on our wellbeing. Now I understand why Bella loves so much Nepal and keeps returning season after season. This is the perfect trip for friends or as a solo traveller as you’ll end up with a group of friends. I highly recommend Bella’s trekking trips.” Alicia Fortea Sánchez
“Amazing experience and adventure. Bella makes sure you are prepared and takes all planning off your hands so you can focus on the treking and beautiful surroundings.” Frankie Hall
“The Annapurna circuit trip was fantastic and an experience I’ll remember for a lifetime. Bella, the guides, and the porters are all so friendly with bags of experience/knowledge, creating more room for you to enjoy the beauty and power of your surroundings – it’s a truly incredible part of the world. Would highly recommend for anyone interested in visiting this stunning region, fancies a trekking challenge, and is up for joining a group of interesting and like-minded adventurers!” Matthew Hunter
