Time in a beautiful, calming environment allows space for you to gain perspective on your priorities in life, develop insight into what might be going wrong, and strategize how to manifest the life of your satisfied with and excited by.

Accommodation: Guesthouses are comfortable – a bed, pillow, duvet, and sheets are provided (sleeping bag needed but we can organise for you out in Nepal) and heated dining rooms, home cooked meals, sometimes you will even find a western toilet otherwise squatting ones. In the cities we stay in nice hotels – a more luxury option can be arranged at additional cost.

Nepalese people are legendary for their smiles and friendly spirit.

Food: The food along the trail is delicious, nutritious, and mostly locally grown. There is traditional food on the menu of Dhal Bhat (rice, lentils and curry) or western style foods have creeped in – pastas, pizzas, rice dishes, potato dishes, eggs, muesli, porridge, pancakes (I can help guide you on choosing nourishing nutritious choices while also allowing you to choose whatever you want to refuel your body after a hard days trekking).

Daily schedule:

  • 7am: sometimes morning yoga
  • Breakfast
  • Packing
  • Leave for days hiking accompanied by a local guide  – we will rest roughly every 45 minutes and allow muscles to rest for 15 minutes to maximise weight loss and minimise muscle and joint damage – but also rest breaks can happen whenever you want them
  • Lunch along the way
  • Arrive early afternoon with yoga sometimes possible
  • 6:00 dinner

Itinerary

Day 1: Airport pick up to bring you to your comfortable accommodation, then all meet each other at a delish restaurant.

Day 2: 7am bus to Pokhara 6/7hrs, kit check, then buy any last minute stuff and last supper before our expedition. (Domestic flight arrangeable at additional cost)

Day 3: Taxi to the start of the trek at Birethanti (1055m) then walk through charming villages before a steep ascent up steps to Ulleri (1940m). 9km, 5hrs (Yoga on the garden lawn)

Day 4: 7am morning yoga on lawn. From Ulleri we trek up through the beautiful Rhododendron forest to Ghorepani (2750m). 8km, 4hrs

Day 5: Sunrise walk to Poon Hill (3210m) 1hr 15mins where you’ll get a panorama view on the Annapurnas then down for breakfast before setting off through majestic root embedded paths and past a waterfall descending down finishing with a climb of stairs up to Tadapani the down to Chuile. 12km, 7hrs (Yoga on the garden lawn)

Day 6: 7am morning yoga. From Chile we trek down and up the valley through farms stopping at the infamous Chhromong Cottage for lunch along the way to Jhinu danda (1780m) 6hrs where you’ll relax in natures hot springs next to a river 20mins walk down the valley. 10km, 5.5hrs

Day 7: Down the valley from Jhinu to New Bridge, 1500m, then up via Landruck where we  begin our steep ascent to Forest Camp (2500m) Lunch to break up our steep ascent. (Yoga on the garden lawn) 10km, 5.5hrs

Day 8: 7am yoga on lawn. From Forest Camp we trek to High Camp (3550m) along the route you’ll enjoy beautiful panoramic views of the mountains as we get closer to the dramatic mountains. 7km. 4hrs.

Day 9: Sunrise walk to the Upper View Point (4200m) then on to Mardi Himal Base Camp (4500m) to see Fishtail up close and get jaw droppingly beautiful panoramic views. Descending down to Low Camp (3000m). Yoga on lawn. 13km, 8hrs.

Day 10: :6:30am: Yoga on lawn. Low Camp to Siding (1700m) before we get our jeep back to Pokhara and enjoy a celebratory meal together. 7km, 2.5hrs.

Day 11: 7am bus back to Kathmandu. (Domestic flight arrangeable at additional cost) For our last evening we have dinner in Boudhanath which has one of the largest unique structure’s stupas in the world. Tibetan merchants have rested and offered prayers here for many centuries. When refugees entered Nepal from Tibet in the 1950s, many decided to live around Boudhanath. The Stupa is said to entomb the remains of Kassapa Buddha. We enjoy a cocktail and our final celebratory dinner together.

Day 12: Breakfast in the hotel then adios on your flight home
