'One of' if not possibly 'the' most amazing thing I've ever done. 18 days hiking round the breathtaking Annapurna circuit with the beautiful Bella Somerset our holistic health coach, guiding us through the wilderness of our minds, while surrounded by this epic scenery to nourish our souls. Won't be forgetting this for while...!

Just finished the Annapurna circuit and it feels incredible. We trekked for 15 days with the highest altitude being 5416m. This is us going over the pass. Couldn't have done it without Bella Somerset (health coach, walking guide and much much more). If anyone is thinking about going trekking in Nepal, she is your girl and I seriously recommend her course.

I had a great week of trekking to Annapurna Base Camp with Bella and the other in our small group. I didn't know anyone before I arrived, but we had such a great time! Bella and her guides organised transport, accommodation, food etc. so all we had to do was hike and enjoy. Bella helped us to get to know ourselves and our motivations more deeply with the help of her wonderful workbook. By the end of the week we had identified areas we could work on when we returned home, and also some powerful new ways to look at the world! Thank you Bella, and everyone involved, for such a great trip! All the best in the future!!

Last summer (2017) I went on the Pyrenees trek, the mountains and walks where beautiful and the company was great. The walking was intense but manageable, I’d highly recommend it regardless if you’re keen on trekking or not. We worked through a Wellness Guide to aid us with balance in life and get clear on our goals and the areas we want to improve

Stunning landscape, great people and a complete break from the rest of the world. Couldn't recommend more particularly if you want a full mental re-charge! Bella's a fantastic host, knowledgeable, kind and great fun. Getting booking for the trip of a lifetime

We spent two weeks in Nepal (two nights in Kathmandu, three in Pokhara and nine trekking). A fantastic experience seeing both the cities and the mountains. Highly recommended!

This year I walked the annapurna circuit with Bella and it was one of the most amazing experiences, really life changing. She is so knowledgeable about Nepal and about the circuit. Not only does she guide you through the hiking but also going through her booklet which teaches you so much about nutrition and wellbeing. We would wake up at around 7, mediate before breakfast and then set off for our next adventure. The days were about 6-8hrs long, very rewarding at the end, but also very do-able. I could not recommend this hike more. Bella's Magic Mountains is unbelievable! She is really lovely and it is so enjoyable hanging out with her; Bella will look after you well. x

I was so lucky to spend 2 weeks trekking the Thorongla Pass with Bella and follow her Wellness Coaching programme. Bella has a very extensive knowledge on nutrition and wellness which makes her the ideal guide and person to ask questions to. She adapted to my (poor) physical shape while still keeping me motivated to go further. The trek is a great opportunity to connect with nature and come back to the simple things of life: walk, rest, laugh, eat, sleep. Bella knows the trek and the local culture very well which gives a whole other layer to the trip! What is most important for anyone who looks for a guide is that they care- Bella truly cares for her clients. She makes the experience very human as she relates with you by talking from personal experience. I couldn't recommend a better introduction into the trekking way of life and an opportunity to take a break- reassess- and embrace good new habits.

Just returned from an amazing trip trekking the GR10 in the the Pyrenees for a week with Bella's Magic Mountains.
It was exactly where I needed to be. Bella's trips realign your mental clarity and gives you the perspective of what's not working in your life so you can take action when you get home.
We didn't so much focus on what you eat but why you're eating. We cut out coffee, alcohol and sugar and I took a digital detox which was something personal I wanted to do before I left.
I loved the minimal living of carrying around a 40L backpack with everything you owned. So uncomplicated.
The trek was tough sure but the mountains are an incredibly powerful place to revaluate your goals and get that precious and rare peace of mind.
Back home I'm feeling incredibly focused, calm, fit, appreciative and motivated keeping my goals in the forefront of my mind.

I did a weeks trek with Bella's Magic Mountains in Atlas Mountains, Morocco, it was intense but so rewarding. Most of the days were around 6hrs, we'd get up, have some breakfast made for us by the sherpas, the mules would get loaded up and we'd head off. The landscape changed throughout, huge mountains ranges, rivers which were luscious and green and other parts were like deserts, on route we barely crossed the path of other trekkers, mainly lots of shepherds and sheep and we walked through some beautiful remote villages, I really felt like we saw a very authentic side to Morocco. We would generally get to our next camp around 2pm and would have an incredible lunch waiting for us with loads of yummy veggies and all sorts, then we'd have the afternoon to chill and go through Bella's booklet which is full of so much incredible information, have a wonder round, have another delicious dinner and then off to bed. Once we climbed to the peak of Toubkal, we headed to Marrakech where we stayed in the most beautiful riad and did some shopping in the souks which felt pretty hectic after being in the quiet mountains, I felt like I saw two sides of Morocco which were both really lovely. I will definitely being doing more treks with Bella.

I wanted to be in nature and escape the everyday noise of the city and life. I was keen to reconnect with nature, with community, with myself. The goal-oriented nature of point to point mountain hiking allows one to reconnect in all these ways. There is an immediate sense of escapism when hiking, and as a busy lawyer, with two young children, having this time effectively to myself allowed me to recalibrate. I came back invigorated and refreshed. I would highly recommend this trip and any of Bella's other treks to anyone looking to boost their physical fitness, whilst rebooting their mind.
